MHS Yearbook

Parent Portal
Usernames and passwords to our new student information system were sent out a few weeks back.
  • Parents and students can access the system directly at: http://aspen.marbleheadschools.org/aspen.
  • Parents should access the Contact Verification Workflow to update their contact details and other information about their children.  All parents are requested to use this process as soon as possible.  This process is replacing the yellow or white cards you would fill out each year to update your emergency card information.   The school nurses will still be sending home a card with some health and permission questions.
  • We have posted a series of instructions and other information about Aspen for your reference on our web page at http://www.marbleheadschools.org/technology/aspen.  Step-by-step instructions for filling out the Contact Verification Workflow can be found on this site.
  • If you have trouble with your account or have other questions, please contact us at aspen@marbleheadschools.org.

  • Students report to their first period class of the day no later than the 7:55 bell.
  • School gets out at the 2:30 bell.
  • Access to the high school is restricted to the main office door during the school day (7:55 to 2:30).  All visitors to the building must sign-in at the main office during school hours.
  • Daily Bell Schedule

Lunch Schedule
Students are assigned a lunch period based upon the department the class they are taking is in during the lunch block.  Classes are broken out by course number series (e.g. courses in the 300 series belong to the math department).

Student Lockers
All students will be provided with a locker but due to budgetary constraints we will not be able to supply a padlock.  Students may bring in and use their own locks on their lockers, but need to be aware that in case of an emergency we may need to remove them.  The school will not be liable for replacement costs if this is the case.
